If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Riven™ will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly and within the estimated timeframes displayed at checkout. However, all shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Riven™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Riven™ pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; Riven™ is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees for international shipments are your responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability
